Capturing Inspiration: A Filming Day with the Talented Kelli Fontana

We had an incredible day filming with the fabulous Kelli Fontana, in collaboration with Spacecrafting, to create a Vogue-style questionnaire video at the stunning Auto Club. Kelli graciously gave us a tour of her extraordinary home, delving into her inspirations in design and renovation. She shared insights into her work as a designer, her unique style, and how she has artfully woven these elements into her home.

This home is nothing short of extraordinary! Originally built by Charles Cudd in 2008 and masterfully revitalized by West Bay Homes in 2021, this private sanctuary spans 3.51 acres of meticulously landscaped gardens, offering breathtaking views of the Minnesota River Valley. As you journey down the paver driveway, you are welcomed into a light-filled interior featuring a vaulted great room with 18-foot ceilings, designer light fixtures, walnut wood floors, and exquisite custom millwork.

The home boasts a stunning three-season sunroom that opens to a luxurious saltwater infinity pool, surrounded by limestone patios, an outdoor grill area, covered dining space, spa, and a tranquil reflection pool. The lower level invites relaxation and entertainment with a billiards room, stone bar, theater, office with a private courtyard, gym, and three elegantly appointed bedroom suites. A luxurious "she-retreat" awaits, complete with a newly imagined dressing room overlooking the serene river valley.

The chef's kitchen is a masterpiece, equipped with a prep pantry and top-of-the-line Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances. The main level features an owner’s suite, a sophisticated office, and an oversized heated three-car garage. This home exemplifies the perfect blend of expansive, private luxury living, all within the convenience of an in-town location.
